Any experiences with Bhutan?

Hi, I am Susanne, member of a citizens' initiative in Hamburg and supporting a person from Bhutan who does not have any identification documents, which is causing difficulties with their residence status in Germany. Has anyone had any experience with this? We need proof that the country does not issue documents, or we need to credibly demonstrate this. Thank you for your help!

I have always wanted to visit Bhutan it seems like such a peaceful place with stunning views and a deep sense of culture and spirituality. I have heard the people there are incredibly kind and that the countrys focus on happiness really shows in everyday life. When planning a trip its good to look into travel options and local services early since access to some areas can be limited and requires special permits. Did you get a chance to visit any local festivals or remote villages during your trip?
